Glenn Viel met Fred Grava 13 years ago in Courchevel. They became friends and discovered that they shared a passion: cooking. Fred Grava then joined Glenn Viel’s team, and their natural chemistry enabled them to rise to all kinds of challenges, from a 2nd star at the Kilimandjaro restaurant to a 3rd star at L’Oustau de Baumanière. When Glenn Viel imagined TAULISSA, it was with Fred Grava at the helm as executive chef.
As they converse, ideas flow, and their boundless imagination sparks brilliant ideas.

Perched atop Maison Albar – Le Victoria, TAULISSA offers a 360° panoramic view, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Nice’s back country and the Mercantour National Park.
Its menu has been conceived in a spirit of sharing and conviviality, based on simple, generous dishes with flavourful sauces and a touch of madness. Each dish promises a surprising discovery.
A restaurant seating 200 people, TAULISSA can accommodate large groups both indoors and outdoors. Whether with friends, family or for business meetings, TAULISSA is a suspended place, ideal for gathering and sharing an authentic moment.

Its live seafood tank and custom service tables are designed to take the dining experience step further, as the final touches of dishes and the preparation of meat and fish cuts happens right in front of your eyes. The DJ with his highly advanced sound system finds his natural place here, with the ambiance and sound volume harmoniously adapted during meal service.
The TAULISSA bar is adjacent to the restaurant. Here too, Glenn Viel and Fred Grava’s imagination surprises with their revisited classic cocktails and tapas.
Like the deck of a boat under its stretched white sails, the terrace of TAULISSA (bar and restaurant) offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. From sunrise to sunset, the endless horizon offers the ultimate escape.
