R35 – by Patrick Landerer – Toque-awarded indulgence
The perfect setting for your journey through the delicious menu is the cosy and elegant atmosphere of R35.
On the small menu you will find uncountable aromas, unique concepts, fresh ingredients and passionate creativity.
Patrick Landerer made it to the pre-finals of the ‘Junge Wilde’ cookery competition in 2019, 2021 and 2023. He has been one of the hundred best chefs in Austria since 2024. His creative ideas, based on recipes handed down for generations and innovative concepts, can be enjoyed on the plates of the R35. Blending the best locally-sourced produce with new ideas he enchants with exceptional dishes. Young. Wild. But most of all: simply delicious.
