Live Streaming our Sunday Brunch

Our Sunday brunch is hosted across our restaurants Lapis and Wabi Sabi every Sunday from 1pm onwards.
The concept is of a large food theatre where diners can choose to sit in either of these
restaurants but get to explore and savour food and dishes displayed across both areas while enjoying the overall ambiance and hospitality of the hotel.

This offer starts with a cold bar consisting of sushi, cold cuts, fresh seafood like Cochin oysters at Wabi Sabi.
This makes way for mini anti-pasti counter, fresh salads and oven fresh breads at Lapis.
Perfectly complemented by a hot counter showcasing global favourites from Malabar fish curry to Hungarian goulash.
The main attraction is our interactive live stations at the Lapis terrace. From Oriental stir-fries to Western grills. From Indian tandoor to Indian Coastal cuisine and even a live dessert station.
Lapis also houses a decadent dessert bar which has delicious treats from classic Tiramisu to deconstructed apple strudel. Home-made sorbets and ice creams like Baileys and dark chocolate to Raspberry and chili.
Our beverage selection consist of sparkling wine from the house of Prosecco, Chinkara red and white, premium spirits and BIRA tap beer along with refreshing cocktails of the day.
Soft beverages include aerated can drinks and tetra-pack juices along with non-alcoholic drinks.
All of this in gorgeous spaces with plenty of natural light, green, lush views of our gardens, outdoor seating and foot-tapping live melodies by our popular solo star – Ozbert Paul.

A vibrant all day restaurant serving contemporary international cuisine and authentic Indian food. Its open design lends an alfresco feel and the deck and patio also offer open-air seating.

Our Asian restaurant Wabi Sabi is inspired by its namesake Oriental philosophy that appreciates the complexity of simplicity. e vibrant menu of modern Japanese and traditional Chinese dishes is led by Chef Randy who comes with over een years of culinary experience across the globe.

RIM NAAM
Truly Thay

Nestled deep within the gardens, our speciality ai restaurant oers alfresco dining on a secluded wooden pavilion that seems aoat on the water body that surrounds it. e menu features authentic dishes prepared by our ai Chef Tam who has over twenty years of culinary experience.

Lunch: 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Chef Tam hails from the North Eastern province of Isaan in ailand.
She has been leading Rim Naam’s kitchen since 2015 and has created a niche as a well-loved personality in this legendary restaurant. Growing up in a large joint family with a house brimming with visitors, she was drawn to cooking and feeding people from an early age. Chef Tam has over 20 years of culinary experience, having worked across ailand, Qatar, Mumbai (with the ai Consulate), Chennai and Bengaluru.
